Middlemount Milieu Property Management (MMMPM) has been set up to manage the Middlemount Milieu estate.

MMMPM will provide excellent property management services to property owners by: 

• Sourcing the most appropriate tenant for the property 
• Negotiating with individuals or organisations about the best possible lease, with terms and conditions to ensure properties are well maintained 
• Being available during business hours either by telephone or email to answer questions 
• Using web based property management software that enables property owners to log onto the middlemountmilieu.com.au website at any time to check on the status of their accounts 
• Paying the balance of accounts on a monthly basis (within the 1st week of each month) 
• Employing on site managers to live in the estate to ensure that tenancy terms and conditions are maintained and that common areas of the estate are kept in a neat and tidy condition 
• Contacting owners if any issues arise in relation to repairs or maintenance of a property 
• Engaging only highly skilled tradespeople to maintain properties 
• Completing property inspections at the commencement of tenancy, on a quarterly basis throughout the tenancy and as required upon tenants vacating the premises. Copies of reports will be provided to owners for their records 
• Photographing the internal and external condition of the property at the same time as properties are inspected. Copies of these photographs will be either posted or emailed to owners for their records 
• Monitoring the rental market in Middlemount and other related areas
